For the second year in a row, Choir of the Sound is partnering with Concern for Neighbors Food Bank to make sure that their clients’ children have presents to unwrap on Christmas morning! You can help Choir of the Sound spread some joy during this season of giving by bringing a new, unwrapped gift for a boy or girl ages infant-to-18 when you come to one of our holiday shows.
Concern for Neighbors Food Bank has operated in Mountlake Terrace since 1971, initially serving 18 clients. Today the all-volunteer staff helps an average of 200 households a week and is a member of the Snohomish County Food Bank Coalition. They accept non-perishable food donations on Mondays from 8:00 to 11:00 AM, and distribute on Tuesdays from 9:30 to 11:30 AM. To find out how to help, visit their website.
